Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' presenting issues, social histories, and treatment objectives while ensuring confidentiality and ethical adherence. Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness approaches, focusing on enhancing clients' coping strategies. Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that reflect the client's unique needs, regularly revising these plans based on ongoing assessment of client progress. Facilitate therapeutic relationships that encourage trust, collaboration, and engagement, empowering clients to work towards their goals. Provide empathetic support and practical strategies designed to assist clients in addressing life challenges and achieving mental wellness. Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed on industry best practices and innovations in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client population includes individuals within the hospice care framework, where the focus is on providing holistic, compassionate support to those experiencing end-of-life transitions. You will work with clients facing grief, loss, and existential concerns, requiring clinical expertise coupled with deep empathy and respect for their experiences. Your role is pivotal in facilitating emotional healing during these vulnerable times. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar setting, particularly in hospice or end-of-life care. Preferred Experience Demonstrated capability in conducting assessments, treatment planning, and implementing effective therapeutic interventions. Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding. Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from
USD 80,000
to
USD 104,000
