Collaborating closely with our Clinical Director and Executive Director, you will contribute to a treatment-focused culture that prioritizes quality care and client welfare. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, identifying their specific counseling needs and creating individualized treatment plans. Utilize DSM criteria for accurate substance abuse diagnoses and evaluate patients' needs according to ASAM criteria to determine the appropriate level of care. Prepare and implement the counseling aspects of client treatment plans while ensuring it encapsulates the unique needs of those with co-occurring disorders. Facilitate the development of discharge and continuum of care plans, aiding clients in their recovery journey towards less restrictive living situations. Document all counseling services provided, including assessments, referrals, and follow-ups, maintaining meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Maintain a manageable client caseload with updates on case management and participate in treatment planning duties as required. Coordinate support services for clients and their families, ensuring comprehensive care and intervention strategies are communicated effectively.
