Key Responsibilities Conduct Comprehensive Assessments:
Perform in-depth mental health assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and risk assessments to identify the individual needs of patients.
Individualized Treatment Planning:
Collaborate with patients to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their specific concerns, aspirations, and cultural backgrounds.
Therapeutic Interventions:
Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), across various formats—individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
Crisis Intervention:
Provide immediate support and crisis intervention services to patients facing acute distress, ensuring their safety and access to ongoing care.
Clinical Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in alignment with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
Psychoeducation:
Equip patients and their families with essential knowledge and skills for managing mental health conditions effectively.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration:
Work closely with healthcare professionals throughout the organization to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches for patients.
