Group Facilitator → Clinical Leadership Track Highbeam Behavioral Health Services is a growing behavioral health organization currently providing
ASAM 2.5
PHP and Mental Health PHP services, with plans to expand into
ASAM 2.1 IOP
services. We are seeking a compassionate and leadership-minded Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW or LICSW-R) to facilitate groups, support clinical programming, and join our clinical leadership growth track with the opportunity to advance into a Clinical Manager or Director of Clinical Operations role as the organization expands. Candidates with substance abuse treatment experience and/or a CSAC credential are strongly preferred. Position Responsibilities Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic group sessions Support clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning in a timely manner Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical discussions Assist with strengthening clinical programming and operations Provide leadership support as the organization expands Support compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards Qualifications Active Virginia LICSW or LICSW-R license required Substance abuse treatment experience strongly preferred CSAC credential preferred Experience working in PHP, IOP, outpatient, or co-occurring treatment settings preferred Strong group facilitation and interpersonal skills Leadership mindset with interest in clinical operations and program development Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation preferred
Pay:
