Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid options available depending on client needs) About Us We are a growing ABA therapy center dedicated to providing high‑quality, evidence‑based behavioral health services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Our team values professionalism, compassion, and clinical excellence. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) under Minnesota's EIDBI benefit. Position Overview The Qualified Supervising Professional (LCSW) plays a critical leadership role in ensuring clinical quality, compliance, and family‑centered care. This role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, overseeing treatment planning, supervising clinical staff, and supporting families throughout the therapeutic process. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive EIDBI‑aligned assessments, including CMDE or other qualifying evaluations (as applicable to licensure). Develop, review, and approve individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBAs and clinical teams. Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Qualified Professionals (QPs) and Level 1/Level 2 providers. Monitor treatment fidelity, documentation accuracy, and compliance with DHS and EIDBI standards. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and family consultations. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Support families by providing education, resources, and guidance throughout the treatment process. Ensure ethical, culturally responsive, and evidence‑based service delivery. Qualifications Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW / LICSW) in Minnesota — required. Meets DHS requirements to serve as a Qualified Supervising Professional under EIDBI. Experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred. Strong understanding of behavioral health, family systems, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team. Preferred Experience Prior experience in ABA, mental health, pediatric therapy, or developmental services. Familiarity with Minnesota
DHS EIDBI
policies and documentation standards. Experience supervising clinical staff or providing oversight in a healthcare or behavioral health setting. Schedule Options Monday-Friday Daytime hours Part‑time or full‑time Hybrid options depending on caseload
Pay:
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
