Work Environment This position is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that you serve a diverse group of clients effectively. You will be part of a supportive community health clinic dedicated to addressing the multifaceted challenges of substance use disorders in a client-centered approach. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive psychotherapy to individuals struggling with mental health issues related to substance abuse, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Conduct thorough assessments and formulate tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide patients toward recovery. Maintain precise and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring all patient interactions are recorded accurately per industry standards. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, share insights, and optimize recovery pathways for clients. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, fostering an understanding of the recovery process. Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in substance abuse therapies, integrating new knowledge into your clinical approaches. Facilitate regular follow-ups and manage an effective caseload, ensuring that you work collaboratively with clients to meet their specific treatment goals. Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines, ensuring all interactions are conducted with integrity and respect. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work directly with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various forms of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Our patients come from varied backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and strengths that inform their recovery pathways. Your role will be pivotal in guiding these individuals toward healthier lives. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida. A minimum of one year of clinical experience with a focus on substance abuse therapy and mental health interventions. Strong knowledge of solution-focused interventions and evidence-based practices. Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, alongside a passion for collaborative teamwork. Preferred Experience While clinical experience in substance abuse therapy is necessary, additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities or familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can be beneficial. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary range of
USD 80,000
