This exciting position combines in-person and telehealth services, allowing you to deliver comprehensive mental health care to diverse populations. You will play a vital role in providing evidence-based psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management, all while fostering a supportive environment that promotes healing and growth. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including intake evaluations Deliver crisis management and crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health issues or emergencies. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client needs and make referrals Maintain ongoing contact with clients. Perform case management services. Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral health records, and HIPAA-compliant records of patient care, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams regarding client care. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to expand access to mental health services across the Greater region. A background check is required. Experience Valid licensure or licensed eligible as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent in the District of Columbia or state of Maryland. Three years of full time experience within the last 7 years as a licensed clinical social worker.

Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
