Work Environment This position is set in a fully remote work environment, allowing for flexible scheduling to meet both patient and clinician needs. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, utilizing telehealth technologies and electronic health records (EHRs) for effective patient management. Our online platform facilitates seamless communication and support, ensuring that you have the resources necessary to deliver optimal care. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status, encompassing emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to develop comprehensive profiles. Utilize evidence-based practices to create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of each patient. Provide psychotherapy services to individuals dealing with a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Engage in regular follow-ups with patients to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring continued progress and support. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and discuss patient integration across multiple disciplines. Maintain accurate and updated documentation of each patient's progress through electronic health records. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with mental health innovations. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic primarily focuses on adolescents and young adults who are facing various mental health challenges. As a licensed clinical social worker, you will work with diverse client backgrounds, adjusting communication and intervention strategies based on each individual's unique circumstances and needs. You will be pivotal in fostering trust and building rapport with patients, guiding them on their journey to recovery and improved mental health. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with patients and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Strong clinical skills, including the ability to conduct in-depth assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Experience using electronic health records (EHRs) or similar health care software. Preferred Experience Previous experience working in a school setting or with an adolescent population is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote patient engagement techniques. Background in trauma-informed care and culturally competent approaches to mental health. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary ranging from
USD 115,000
to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
