We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW ) to join our Portland practice as Independent Contractors (1099). What We Provide (Your Practice Infrastructure):

Dedicated Portland Clinic Space:

Access to a modern, fully equipped physical office space in Portland, ME, designed specifically for in-person pediatric, teen, and family therapy.

Hybrid Flexibility:

Enjoy total autonomy to balance in-person sessions at our Portland office with telehealth sessions or notes from home.

Direct Referral Pipeline:

We actively drive local referrals through area schools, pediatric networks, and community channels so your schedule stays consistently filled.

Complete Schedule Autonomy:

You have sole discretion over your working hours, session lengths, clinical approach, and caseload capacity.

Qualifications:

Active Maine Clinical Social Work License (LCSW) Passion for working with children, adolescents, teens, and family systems. Experience or strong interest in delivering evidence-based youth/family interventions.

Schedule:

Self-designed schedule (Targeting a average caseload capacity of ~40 billables per month).

Pay Structure:

Competitive 60/40 fee-for-service split (60% retained by clinician).
