Zeal Care is growing our network of behavioral health providers on the Eastside , and we're looking for a licensed Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who wants to run their own practice without carrying the administrative burden alone. You focus on client care. We handle referrals, credentialing, billing, and scheduling infrastructure so you get the autonomy of private practice with the support of a growing network behind you. What We Handle For You Client referrals and intake, we bring you clients, you don't have to market for them Credentialing and insurance paneling Billing and claims management Scheduling systems, EHR setup, Business phone line and address Ongoing network growth across the Eastside, which means a growing client base for you What You Keep Full Control Over Your clinical approach and modality Your schedule: full-time, part-time, whatever fits your life Your caseload and how you build your practice Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy as applicable to your scope Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approach as needed Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR Collaborate with other providers in the network as needed Qualifications Active, unrestricted LICSW license in Washington State Master's degree in social work or a related field Experience providing outpatient therapy preferred Comfortable using telehealth platforms Why Join Zeal Care Full autonomy over your practice and clients Flexible, self-directed schedule Steady referral pipeline as our Eastside network grows Administrative and billing support so you're not doing it alone Up to $500 bonus after your first 20 completed sessions CEU stipend and Wellness Credit Clear path to a larger caseload and higher referral volume as your tenure with the network grows
