Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and reflective LPC or LCSW . The ideal candidate will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and receive specialized training and ongoing professional development in evidence-based interventions such as Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) , Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) Key Responsibilities Provide relationship-based psychotherapy and developmental guidance to infants, young children (ages 0-5), and their caregivers. Conduct assessments integrating attachment, trauma, and family system perspectives. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and community partners to support healthy emotional development. Participate in reflective supervision and ongoing IECMH training. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Medicaid and professional standards. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Current Louisiana licensure as

LPC, LCSW
