Kentucky Integrative Autism & Family CarePosition Type Part-Time Contract (1099) with Opportunity for Full-Time Employment & Benefits Location Primarily Remote | Some In-Person Opportunities Available in Paris, KY About Us Kentucky Integrative Autism & Family Care is a growing integrative and autism-focused clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized, and neurodiversity-affirming care for children, teens, adults, and families. Our clinic combines traditional and holistic approaches while focusing heavily on autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, behavioral health, functional medicine support, and family-centered care. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the autism community and wants to grow alongside a rapidly expanding practice. Position Overview The LCSW will work within their professional scope of practice to support patients and families through behavioral health services, care coordination, resource support, psychoeducation, and possible targeted case management services. This role will begin as a flexible 1099 contract position with a competitive hourly contract rate ranging from $20-$50 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and services provided, with the potential to transition into a part-time or full-time employee role with benefits as the clinic continues to grow.
Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Behavioral health assessments and support Individual and family counseling within scope of practice Assisting families with navigating autism-related services and resources Care coordination and referral management Collaboration with medical providers and interdisciplinary team members Documentation and treatment planning Psychoeducation for parents and caregivers Assistance with school accommodations, community resources, and support services Potential targeted case management services (training/support available if applicable) Telehealth-based patient support and follow-up Participation in care planning for autism, ADHD, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and related conditions Qualifications Active Kentucky LCSW license required Interest or experience in autism spectrum disorder preferred Experience with pediatric, adolescent, or family populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth and remote communication Strong organizational and documentation skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered approach Schedule & Flexibility Highly flexible scheduling Primarily remote work Part-time hours initially with opportunity for growth Ability to help shape and grow the role over time Compensation Hourly contract rate Productivity and performance bonuses available Bonus structure may vary based on services provided, patient engagement, insurance reimbursement, and productivity metrics Opportunity for rapid growth into increased compensation and full-time employment with benefits as clinic expansion continues Growth Opportunities This role is designed to grow with the clinic.
