Work Environment This role is fully remote, accommodating the scheduling needs of both clients and therapists. Working from the comfort of your home, you'll engage in collaborative efforts with a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring that all clients receive the comprehensive care they require. Our remote setup includes a user-friendly therapist portal that streamlines documentation processes, making your work as efficient as possible. Key Responsibilities Provide weekly therapy sessions through secure, live video technology, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based therapy delivery to adolescents facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Collaborate closely with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow therapists, fostering a multidisciplinary approach that enhances treatment efficacy and client outcomes. Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continuously monitor and adjust individualized treatment plans, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of each client. Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal, which includes digital tools designed to simplify your administrative duties. Participate in regular consultations and support from the Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring clinical excellence and professional growth. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on adolescents who are dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Athena's Hope provides a supportive environment that empowers young clients through therapy that meets their unique needs. By employing a compassionate, client-centered approach, you will facilitate not only relief from symptoms but also general growth and resilience in adolescents as they navigate different life challenges. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory. Strong ability to work independently while also being an effective collaborator within a team setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the aptitude to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Preferred Experience Experience working with adolescents in a clinical setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience using technology in therapeutic settings are advantageous. Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to effectively address various mental health concerns. Compensation and Benefits The competitive annual salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, based on your experience, qualifications, and geographic considerations.
