Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver high-quality virtual psychotherapy services, primarily to adults aged 18 and older, via secure video conferencing platforms. Maintain accurate records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and ethical standards. Effectively manage a caseload of a minimum of 25 clients, providing ongoing support and adjustment of treatment plans as necessary. Participate in regular clinical supervision and staff meetings to discuss cases, share knowledge, and uphold best practices in therapy. Actively collaborate with other multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and holistic support for clients. Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse adult population, including individuals from various backgrounds and with varied mental health challenges.
