Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality direct clinical services, either in-person or via video conferencing, to individuals, groups, and families, focusing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including case managers, educators, and medical professionals—to coordinate care and create an integrated support network for clients. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions in compliance with company policies, including initial assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing notes, utilizing Office 365 tools and Electronic Health Record systems. Facilitate a minimum of 25 client-facing visits each week, ensuring a manageable caseload that promotes both client engagement and therapist well-being. Actively participate in community outreach initiatives to build relationships that expand our services and influence within the local community. Engage in continuous professional development by attending all clinical staff meetings and trainings, sharing best practices and insights to enhance team performance. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will utilize your skills to foster resilience and develop interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required. Must hold an active and independently licensed LCSW designation.
