Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join one of our clients in the area. The LCSW will provide comprehensive clinical mental health services, including assessments, therapy, and treatment planning, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes through evidence-based care. Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions using DSM-5 criteria Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and group therapy Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessments as needed Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Provide patient advocacy and connect clients to community resources and support services Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination activities Qualifications Active LCSW license in the state of Texas Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy preferred Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills Experience with diverse populations across the lifespan preferred Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team If you are a motivated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) looking for a meaningful opportunity in a supportive and client-centered environment, I want to hear from you.
