Overview:
Safe Passage Counseling is a thriving private practice conveniently situated in the heart of Orem. We are growing rapidly and would love to add you to the team. The practice provides quality, professional, and effective psychotherapy to the community. Our specialties are dysfunctional dating patterns, codependency, trauma, family/couple communication, and men's mental health. We also offer unique healing opportunities for the community in the form of dating therapy and men's retreats. Enjoy the comfort of a newly renovated office working alongside other like-minded professionals where collaboration and mutual respect are key. We believe that all employees should be paid what they are worth and as such provide a pay that is beyond the wage of most practices in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a minimum of 25 client hours a week Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families Be able to work independently Maintain paperwork such as case notes and treatment plans in accordance with industry and licensing board standards Maintain compliance with your professional and state licensing boards code of conduct and best practices Maintain open communication with your supervisor for periodic check-ins as well as for the resolving of any issues should they arise
Qualifications:
Independently licensed clinicians such as LMFT, LCSW, and LMHC Associate clinicians will also be considered Well trained and educated in the field of psychotherapy Professional and able to maintain a case load of at least 25 clinical hours per week Good work ethic which would include but not be limited to being on time for sessions, canceling clients only for infrequent, extenuating circumstances, maintaining paperwork, and communicating effectively with staff and supervisor.
