COVID-19

pandemic has played in their lives as well as the everyday life challenges residents face as they age. The emotional, cognitive, and behavioral aftereffect of this past year are evident, and our Care Team at MALTC is committed to doing our part to help individuals and facilities recover. We have opportunities for providing in-person diagnostic assessments, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and behavioral management support. We are hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide high quality individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and behavioral management support to residents in long-term care facilities in the Hampton Roads Area. Qualifications:

Requires licensing in the State of Virginia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred). Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using Electronic Medical Records systems. Must possess effective communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and facility staff
