Mental Health Clinician (Full-Time & Part-Time, On-Site)

Starting at $60/hour and up, depending on experience Do you want to spend your time in a rewarding setting working with youth and young adults? This on-site position is in a clinic, housed on a vocational school campus. You will spend your days working in an integrated healthcare team with professionals who are committed to assisting students in their emotional, mental, spiritual, and educational journey toward adulthood. We are hiring for two positions : 1 Full-Time Clinician (Monday-Friday schedule, 40 hours/wk, no weekends or nights) 1 Part-Time Clinician (20 hours/week) (schedule flexible, Monday-Friday) You will act as an independent clinician to assess, treat, recommend, and refer students as needed for additional care. Responsibilities Provide mental health counseling to teen youth and young adults. Conduct patient assessments and create treatment plans. Implement behavioral therapy techniques to address mental health issues. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Provide crisis intervention and make referrals as necessary. Stay current on best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications Required:

LICSW, or PhD (WA State licensure required) Experience working with youth and/or young adults with mental health disorders Strong background in counseling and patient assessment Proficiency in behavioral therapy Knowledge of HIPAA and clinical documentation Ability to respond effectively in crisis situations Must-Have Current WA licensure (LICSW or PhD) Direct experience with youth or young adult populations Job Types Full-time (40 hours/week) Part-time (20 hours/week) Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Sick Leave QSEHRA (Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement) for healthcare expenses Supportive, team-centered clinical environment Schedule Day shift
