Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Active LCSW license in Wisconsin Training and experience in clinical counseling Comfortable with crisis management and working in a secure environment Correctional experience is a plus Ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions Manage a caseload of 20-30 patients per week Conduct psychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary and correctional staff

$54.90 per hour
