$70,000 - $120,000
Annually Employment Type:
Full-Time Make a Difference in Behavioral Health We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This position provides evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment services to individuals, families, and groups while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Provide individual, family, marital, and group therapy Deliver trauma-informed and evidence-based behavioral health interventions Perform crisis intervention and safety planning Coordinate care with healthcare providers and community resources Provide patient and family education regarding mental health and recovery Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations Support patients in achieving treatment goals and improved quality of life Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field Active or eligible licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent preferred Experience in behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Strong communication, crisis intervention, and clinical documentation skills Ability to work with diverse patient populations across the lifespan BLS certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe Preferred Experience Outpatient behavioral health counseling Substance use disorder treatment Trauma-informed care Motivational interviewing Crisis intervention and risk assessment Care coordination and case management Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Paid parental leave Professional development opportunities Clinical supervision for clinicians pursuing licensure Supportive team-oriented work environment If you are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve improved mental wellness, we encourage you to apply today. #IndeedT1
