What You'll Do:

Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic treatment to individuals in custody Conduct individual and group therapy sessions Coordinate care with facility staff and supervise lower-level clinicians Participate in diagnostic team conferences with psychiatrists and other clinicians Assist with crisis intervention and post-hospital follow-up Maintain accurate documentation and case records Collaborate with community mental health agencies and other social service providers Deliver telehealth services when required under supervision

What You Need:

Required:

Licensed (LCSW or LPC) in Alaska Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field Knowledge of mental health counseling principles and behavior assessment Ability to establish rapport, conduct therapeutic interactions, and maintain professional relationships
