Pay & Benefits Pay Rate:

$75.00 - $90.00 per hour, DOE and licensure

Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick leave per federal and state regulations Licensure, certification, travel, and applicable reimbursements What You'll Do Conduct assessments, interviews, and diagnosis of patients within a correctional facility Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including individual and group therapy Coordinate with the facility staff to ensure comprehensive mental health care Participate in diagnostic staff conferences with psychiatrists and clinicians Provide crisis intervention and post-hospital follow-up for psychiatric patients Offer consultation and training to staff and community partners Maintain accurate case records and reports for documentation and research purposes What You Need Active license as LCSW or LPC in Alaska (temporary options available) Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, child guidance, or related field Minimum of 2 years of relevant mental health experience, ideally in correctional or institutional settings Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
