Counselor Job Description Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) work alongside IBH's excellent psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners to provide clinical therapy in a traditional outpatient setting. LICSWs are an integral part of our treatment team! This is an in office position at our outpatient clinic in Decatur, AL .
