We are seeking a motivated and caring licensed therapist to join our collaborative team. As part of our practice, you will work alongside a board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Job Type Part-Time W-2 Employee Flexible work schedule Opportunity to increase hours as the practice grows Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy for children ages 5 and older, adolescents, and adults Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with the psychiatrist and other members of the clinical team Deliver ethical, evidence-based mental health care Minimum Qualifications Active Alabama LPC, LICSW, or LMFT license Eligible for insurance credentialing Ability to independently provide psychotherapy Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required.
