Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LICSW), PsyD, or PhD Clinician. You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfill different Client needs and objectives. Responsibilities Deliver a variety of therapeutic services (Individual, Family, Group...etc) in a safe and comfortable manner. Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products. Keep documentation and maintain Clients files. Keep a clean office environment. Acknowledge and respond to relevant Client queries, needs and expectations. Suggest and promote additional services to include TeleMental Health. Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends through maintenance of continuing education hours. Skills Proven work experience as a licensed Therapist. ALC, LPC, LICSW, PsyD, or PhD Clinicians will be considered. Hands on experience in a variety of locations, interventions, and therapeutic modalities. Experience in business will be considered an asset. Excellent knowledge of English language. Communication and customer service skills. Transparency. Computer skills. Must be a quick learner (Therapy Appointment operating system knowledge will be considered an asset). Current Alabama Licensure. Credentialed Clinicians will be considered first.
