School-Based & Office-Based Mental Health Services Schedule:
Flexible Schedule Position Summary:
We're seeking licensed
LCSW/LPC
professionals to join our growing team providing counseling services in school-based and office-based settings. The Therapist will provide mental health counseling, assessments, treatment planning, and support services to individuals, families, and groups while helping clients develop coping strategies and improve overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and group counseling services Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans Help clients manage emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems Collaborate with schools, families, and care teams Deliver ethical, patient-centered mental health services
Qualifications:
Active Arkansas LCSW or LPC license required (Fully licensed candidates only) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage caseload responsibilities Commitment to providing quality mental health care
Benefits:
Full-Time Salary Based on 25
Billable Hours/Week Average Bonus Opportunity:
