Home Care LLC North Little Rock, AR Job Details Contract $50 an hour 4 days ago Qualifications Working with couples Couples therapy Working with pediatric populations Experience working with children Child & youth therapy Therapy progress note documentation Group therapy instruction Full Job Description We are seeking a compassionate therapist to provide mental and behavioral health services in North Little Rock and surrounding areas. The therapist will predominantly work with school-aged children and high school students in school settings, while also serving adults. Compensation Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC): $50 per billable clinical hour Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC): $60 per billable clinical hour Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults Conduct group therapy and couples therapy Deliver services primarily in school settings and other approved locations Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation Coordinate with families, school personnel, and other providers when clinically appropriate and properly authorized Maintain client confidentiality and comply with applicable professional, ethical, and legal requirements Practice within the scope of the therapist's license and any applicable supervision requirements Required Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related behavioral health field Active Arkansas LPC or LAC license in good standing Ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and groups Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to local school settings Ability to satisfy applicable background-check and school-clearance requirements Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills Experience providing school-based therapy or working with children and adolescents is preferred but not required. This is an independent-contractor position. Compensation is based on completed billable clinical hours. Contractors are responsible for applicable taxes, insurance, professional expenses, and maintaining all required licenses and credentials.
