We are currently hiring compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Mental Health Support Specialists in a behavioral health setting. This is a great opportunity for candidates with caregiving, behavioral health, social services, CNA, DSP, or direct care experience looking for flexible PRN scheduling. Schedule PRN / As Needed Flexible scheduling opportunities available Day, evening, and overnight shifts may be available Responsibilities Provide direct support and supervision to clients in a safe and structured environment Encourage positive behaviors and support clients with daily activities and treatment goals Observe, monitor, and document client behaviors and participation Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality Help create a supportive, respectful, and therapeutic environment Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Must be at least 21 years old Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required Current BLS and First Aid Certification required Previous behavioral health, caregiving, CNA, DSP, or direct care experience preferred Great opportunity for individuals passionate about mental health and helping others in their community.
