Position Summary:
Responsible for providing medically necessary behavioral health services, primarily focusing on group counseling for patients and their families in relation to the unique behavioral, interpersonal, and family dynamics associated with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodivergent diagnoses. Communicates frequently with the clinical team, which may include ancillary service providers and the patient's identified treatment supports to provide effective care services. Ensures that all activities and documentations are performed timely, accurately, and in compliance with applicable behavioral health regulations and standards.

Sacaton, AZ Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Substance Use/Addictions or closely related field of study from an accredited university or college. Current independent license from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as either
LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LIAC
required; or moving towards independent licensure with respective associate license. Prefer two years counseling and/or therapist mental health and/or substance use/addictions treatment experience. Require one year or more working with individual with an autism spectrum disorder or other neurodivergent disorders. Arizona Department of Public Safety Level Fingerprint Clearance Card required. Current and continuing CPR/FA and/or BLS training and certifications. Demonstrated ability to relate to diverse cultures and specifically the Gila River Community and/or other Native American cultures and community health services.
Pay:
$62,697.00 - $87,753.00 per year
