Position Summary:
Assesses individuals for chronic mental health and behavioral treatment needs by securing information from clients, guardians, referral sources and historical records to accurately assess client's needs.
Shift Schedule:
1 Position= Mon-Fri, 10am-7pm 1 Position= Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm
Location:
Sacaton, AZ Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Substance Abuse Prevention. 2 years of experience working preferably in a behavioral health treatment environment. Current license with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as either LAC, LMSW, LASAC, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, LISAC, or Psychologist. Demonstrated ability to relate to diverse cultures and specifically the Gila River Indian Community and/or other Native American cultures and community health services.
