Position Summary:
Plans, organizes, and conducts behavioral health therapy with patients, with behavioral health and substance abuse recovery needs by performing the following duties personally. Responsible for ensuring that all critical tasks are fulfilled on a timely basis.

Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
Location:
Sacaton, AZ Required Qualifications- Masters' Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Substance Use/Addictions or closely related field of study from an accredited university or college. Current independent license from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as either
LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LIAC
required; or moving towards independent licensure with respective associate license. Prefer two years counseling and/or therapist mental health and/or substance use/addictions treatment experience. Arizona Department of Public Safety Level Fingerprint Clearance Card required. Current and continuing CPR/FA and/or BLS training and certifications preferred. Demonstrated ability to relate to diverse cultures and specifically the Gila River Community and/or other Native American cultures and community health services.

$62,697.00 - $87,753.00 per year
