PM Qualifications Required:
Licensure issued by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners to engage in the practice of behavioral health in Arizona. LAC, LPC, LMSW or LCSW Required.
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health or related field
