Residential Mental Health Therapist (AMFT, ASW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) BRIDGES Community Treatment Services | El Monte, CA Full-Time | Exempt BRIDGES is a nonprofit behavioral health organization seeking a Residential Therapist to join our Enhanced Residential Services (ERS) team in our licensed Social Rehabilitation Facility (SRF) serving adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring behavioral health conditions. What You'll Do Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, family, collateral, and rehabilitation services. Deliver flexible, individualized services that meet clients where they are, using creative, recovery-oriented approaches that support skill development, increased independence, and successful community living. Support clients in developing recovery, independent living, and community integration skills. Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and behavioral health stabilization services. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, conservators, DMH representatives, hospitals, families, and community providers. Assist with discharge planning and successful transitions to lower or higher levels of care. Provide clinical consultation, coaching, and guidance to residential staff to support implementation of treatment goals, behavioral interventions, crisis prevention, and recovery-oriented care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Medi-Cal and regulatory standards. Participate in treatment team meetings, case reviews, concurrent authorization activities, clinical supervision, staff meetings, training initiatives, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field. Current California registration or licensure (ASW, AMFT, APCC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC). Experience working with adults with serious mental illness preferred. Residential treatment, community mental health, or social rehabilitation experience preferred. Knowledge of recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practices. Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required. Must obtain and maintain LPS certification within agency-established timelines. Why BRIDGES?
