Job Description
The Outpatient Therapist will provide therapeutic services to patients in a variety of formats including individual, group, and family therapies to address a range of mental health and emotional needs. The Therapist is a part of the multidisciplinary team of outpatient services reporting to the program manager. They carry a caseload, facilitate groups, and conduct individual therapy using a combination of evidence-based treatment interventions consistent with research findings, education, training, and experience. They exercise sound judgment and clinical excellence and sustain therapeutic alliance and patient satisfaction. Fremont Hospital is a fully accredited, 148-bed private inpatient psychiatric hospital providing quality care for children through adults. The facility provides a full assortment of care which includes assessments, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial-hospitalization, intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment as well as chemical dependency outpatient care.
