Adult Residential Facility Lead Hemet, CA 92544 $20 an hour - Full-time $20 an hour - Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Adult Residential Facility Lead to oversee daily operations within a supportive residential environment for adults with diverse behavioral health needs. In this role, you will provide leadership, ensure safety, and promote a respectful, healing atmosphere for residents. Your expertise in behavioral health, conflict management, and case coordination will be essential in fostering a positive community. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals from underserved communities, including those experiencing homelessness or mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in maintaining resident confidentiality, supporting high-risk populations, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams to promote stability and growth. •

Cert Required Responsibilities Supervise staff members and direct daily activities to ensure high-quality care and adherence to facility policies Manage intake processes for new residents, including assessments and documentation of individual needs Implement behavioral health and behavior management plans tailored to each resident's circumstances Facilitate communication with residents' families, social workers, and community partners to coordinate services Ensure medication administration is performed accurately following safety protocols Maintain detailed records through data entry, filing, and data collection to support compliance and quality assurance Conduct routine safety checks, manual handling tasks, and security procedures to uphold a secure environment Support residents with life skills development, including working with youth or individuals experiencing homelessness Uphold resident confidentiality at all times while managing sensitive information with professionalism Experience Supervising experience in residential or behavioral health settings preferred Proven background working with individuals with substance use disorders or mental health conditions Knowledge of crisis intervention, conflict management, and de-escalation techniques required Familiarity with case management practices and intake procedures essential Proficiency in Microsoft Word applications for documentation and reporting purposes Certification in first aid, CPR, medication administration, and manual handling preferred Hands-on experience supporting high-risk populations such as youth or individuals experiencing homelessness is highly valued Join us in creating a nurturing environment where every individual receives respectful care and opportunities for growth.
