Job Duties Provide comprehensive wraparound services to children, adolescents, and families with various diagnostic presentations (e.g., mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders). Individual and family counseling using evidence-based treatments. Collaborate with IEP teams, including consulting on IEP services. Maintain administrative oversight of client paperwork, collateral consults, documentation, and caseload management. Participate in community-based counseling/psychotherapy with an emphasis on evidence-based practices. Requirements Enrollment in a Master's program in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Clinical experience with children and/or adolescents preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional growth. A passion for serving diverse populations and learning in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
