Make an impact supporting students as a bilingual (Spanish/English) school-based counselor, providing crucial Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) across sites in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this full-time, onsite contract opportunity, youll work with diverse KTransition caseloads at up to three schools from August 2026 through June 2027. Qualifications & Requirements:

Fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual Spanish required; non-bilingual candidates will not be considered) Masters or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related field Must have an

(Board of Behavioral Sciences) registration numberassociate-level or fully licensed (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, AMFT, APCC, ASW) Proven ability to deliver mental health counseling, intervention and crisis services to ECTransition youth in schools Willingness to travel between multiple district sites as an itinerant provider Completion of fingerprint-based background clearance (Live Scan) Two completed supervisor references (required after interview) If Associate-level, desire to accrue hours under provided supervision

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct mental health services to students (such as individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation) Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to develop and implement behavioral goals and interventions Document services and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines Travel between assigned sites as needed to meet caseload needs Participate in trainings and ongoing supervision (if required)
