Hourly Your Toolkit Should Include:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services/Behavioral Sciences from an accredited university, or equivalent experience Two or more years of experience working with children and families, parenting support, or community outreach with low-income to high-risk families Knowledge of child development and community resources Strong diagnostic and assessment skills Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment Bilingual English/Spanish (may be required) Strong organizational, follow-through, and verbal/written communication skills
