Join Our Team EA Family Services is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Clinician/Social Worker to join our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) in Susanville . This full-time position provides Specialty Mental Health Services to adolescent males ages 13-17 in a residential treatment setting. Position Responsibilities The Mental Health Clinician/Social Worker will: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations. Provide individual, family, and group counseling services. Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans. Ensure all assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation remain current and compliant. Complete Medi-Cal billing and clinical documentation accurately and timely. Provide oversight of the therapeutic milieu and support mental health staff in service delivery. Collaborate with community partners, case managers, psychiatrists, and other service providers to coordinate care. Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to client-centered treatment planning. Support a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed residential environment. Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Licensed or registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as one of the following:

LCSW LMFT LPCC ACSW AMFT APCC

Clinical supervision provided for associate-level clinicians. Previous experience providing therapy and counseling services preferred. Experience working in a residential treatment setting preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Valid California Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record. Ability to pass DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Central Index (CAIC) clearances. Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary based on education, licensure, and experience. $73,840.00 - $75,296.00 per year
