WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work directly with youth and families in the home, building trust and supporting daily functioning Help youth develop emotional regulation, communication, and coping skills Collaborate with caregivers, service providers, and your team in a Wraparound framework Document services and track progress within EHR system, and participate in Child and Family Team meetings Travel to Kids Weekends, in-person trainings, and organizational events as required

HOW WE SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

Our four-phase onboarding program is one of the most structured in our region — and it's intentional. Before you carry a caseload, you'll complete: Phase 1: HR & systems orientation Phase 2: Program and role foundations Phase 3: Wraparound principles and practices Phase 4: Supervised shadowing with experienced colleagues

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred 2+ years of experience working with children and families Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation Comfort with trauma-informed frameworks and community-based service settings Comfort working with youth and families navigating high levels of behavioral, emotional, and developmental complexity
