Key Responsibilities Design and maintain a flexible schedule by determining the number of clients you see, ensuring a work-life balance that suits you. Utilize provided marketing support to effectively grow your caseload, enhancing brand visibility and reaching potential clients. Facilitate live, customized support to both clinicians and clients, streamlining the mental healthcare process for enhanced accessibility. Instantly verify client insurance benefits through automated systems to promote seamless access to care, instilling confidence in both your practice and your clients. Develop personalized treatment plans using solution-focused therapy techniques, ensuring that each client receives tailored interventions based on their unique circumstances. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Clinical Counselor at The Core For Restored & Connected Families, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work with clients seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your role is crucial in guiding these individuals through their mental health journeys, helping them build resilience and achieve their personal goals. Qualifications A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical practices. An active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California, demonstrating your qualifications to provide mental health services. Ability to apply evidence-based solution-focused therapy techniques, customizing treatment plans to meet clients' individual needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building and maintaining therapeutic relationships based on trust and empathy. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly encouraged to ensure familiarity with remote counseling practices and technology. Experience in marketing and private practice management can greatly contribute to success in growing client relationships. Familiarity with various mental health software and tools that support efficient practice management will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits The Core For Restored & Connected Families offers a competitive salary range of
USD 115,000
to 130,000 per year, reflective of your experience and qualifications, along with potential performance-based bonuses.
