What You'll Need An active, unrestricted California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC Experience providing individual psychotherapy Ability and willingness to provide services in person Strong clinical assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills A compassionate, reliable, and self-motivated approach to client care Commitment to ethical, patient-centered, and collaborative practice Access to your own professional office or treatment space is preferred
