The Supervisor guides staff development, program operations, and community partnerships, and participates in the agency's after-hours on-call supervisor rotation.
What You'll Do:
Lead and supervise licensed clinical and crisis response staff at the Yuba City office site. Oversee scheduling, training, and coverage to ensure 24/7 service delivery. Review and audit documentation for accuracy and compliance with Medi-Cal, county behavioral health, and DHCS standards. Foster a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and collaborative team culture. Build and maintain partnerships with county leaders, law enforcement, and community stakeholders. Provide real-time mental health crisis consultation and clinical oversight for complex cases. Support employee engagement, coaching, and performance management. Participate in after-hours on-call coverage (evenings, weekends, and holidays). What You'll Bring:
Required:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC). Associates (ASW, AMFT, APCC) within six months of licensure may be considered. 3+ years of behavioral health or mental health crisis intervention experience. 2+ years of clinical supervision or program leadership experience in a behavioral health setting. Proficiency with EHR and communication systems (Credible, Teams, Outlook). Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred:
Experience in a nonprofit or county-contracted behavioral health setting. Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices.

Schedule & Work Environment:
Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM, plus rotating after-hours on-call coverage. On-site in Yuba City with some travel to community meetings. Occasional pre-approved hybrid work days may be considered.
