Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) is a family- and community-based program that helps youth and their families break the cycle of high-risk behaviors by strengthening the relationships and systems that matter most.
What You Will Do:
Provide person-centered assessment, goal planning, and treatment for mental health and/or substance use issues. Provide screening, intakes, and assessment of clients utilizing required instruments and formats within appropriate timelines. Develop strength-based written treatment plans/updates and continuing care plans and make appropriate referrals. Complete written discharge summaries and correspondence within established timelines. Assist individuals in improving their well-being and quality of life by training in behavioral skills; educate clients to make information choices; develop client coping skills; help clients to problem solve and negotiate tasks of daily living. Maintain electronic health records in accordance with agency standards; confirm coding of services rendered is ethically appropriate and results in successful billing. Learn, utilize, and support fidelity of any evidence-based practices within assigned program to ensure effective interventions with clints. You're aGreat Fit If You:
Have a Masters Degree in a Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Addictions Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, or other relevant clinical degree from an accredited college of university. Have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
