As an Outpatient Therapist providing telehealth care, you deliver evidence‑based therapy that keeps momentum going —providing a calm, vigilant presence while others rest. How You Will Make a Difference Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT/trauma‑informed approaches. Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes. Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate. Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience. Ensure continuity of care overnight with vigilant observation and timely documentation. Manage after‑hours admissions and urgent needs; prepare a thorough handoff to the day team. What We're Looking For Master's degree with state license (LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT). Experience with SUD, co‑occurring, or severe mental illness preferred. Strong telehealth etiquette and documentation skills.
