We are seeking a Therapist to join our growing clinical team in Shelton, CT. This role focuses on providing high-quality, client-centered outpatient therapy within a supportive group practice. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and clinically strong, with a desire to work collaboratively while maintaining independence in their clinical style. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload of at least 15 billed clients per week
- Provide individual therapy to clients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, age 7 and above)
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans
- Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and administrative staff as needed
- Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and trainings
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and practice standards Qualifications
- Active Connecticut licensure or associate/provisional licensure under supervision (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPCA, LMFT, or LMFTA)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and professional boundaries
- Commitment to ethical and client-centered care Skills
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention
- Ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic alliances
- Bilingual Preferred - English/Spanish
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive compensation, commensurate with licensure and experience
- Must be available in person on Thursdays and Fridays from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. and either Saturday or Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. What We Offer
