Job Description
Tides of Mind Counseling is looking for Outpatient Therapists to join our teams in Torrington and Thomaston, CT! We're open to those seeking either part-time or full-time positions. In this role, you will: Conduct assessments and provide outpatient therapy to individuals and families with a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns Deliver evidence-based treatment using approaches such as CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's needs Track patient progress and treatment outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as clinically appropriate Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation What we offer: Flexible schedules Opportunities for telehealth Caseloads based on your preferences Weekly group consults and in-house trainings Reimbusement for CEUs and license fees PTO + paid company holidays Warm and casual work environment with a true sense of community An active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license is required. 2+ years of clinical experience is preferred.
