Our practice is growing, and we're excited to welcome a therapist who wants to be part of a compassionate, collaborative environment. Position Overview We are seeking an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to provide hybrid outpatient therapy , offering both telehealth and in‑person sessions in our Watertown, CT office for a minimum of 5 clients per week. In‑office space is available weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as all day Saturdays. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, appreciates steady referrals, and wants to work within a practice that genuinely cares about its clinicians. Responsibilities Provide individual and/or couples/family therapy via secure telehealth platform and/or in person Maintain timely, clinically sound documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments) Collaborate with caregivers, schools, or providers when appropriate Uphold ethical and professional standards consistent with CT licensure Build and maintain a caseload that fits your preferred schedule What We Provide Consistent referrals and marketing support EHR access and full billing services Administrative support for scheduling, insurance, and onboarding A warm, low‑drama, supportive practice culture Flexible scheduling — you choose your hours Optional clinical consultation and professional support Access to comfortable, modern office space during designated hours What You Bring Active CT license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, client‑centered approach Comfort with telehealth and/or in‑person care Ability to work independently while staying connected to the practice Commitment to timely documentation and ethical practice Ideal Candidates Enjoy working with teens, adults, or couples/families Value a supportive, collaborative environment Are looking for a long‑term home within a small group practice Appreciate the flexibility of hybrid work
