Street Job Duties:
Substance Abuse Mental Health Assessment (SAMHA) Interview in accordance with American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM)guidelines/standards SAMHA interview Summary & Recommendations Clinical Discovery Drug Testing Comply with and apply Admission Procedures Assessment/Enrollment Facilitation Special Overlay Activities such as Drug Education, Motivational Groups HIV Risk Assessment Determining extent and nature of client's presenting problems Defining, implementing and monitoring an individual clinical intervention plan Evaluating client response/progress Provide direct client services i.e. treat client primary substance abuse and mental health needs consistent with clinical protocols Summarize and report client progress and determine when client has met minimum treatment goals Develop aftercare and movement planJOB REQUIREMENTS
Master's Degree in related field (e.g. Counseling, Psychology) FL related license preferred (e.g.LMHC, LMFT
etc.) Minimum of 1 year in related field required Minimum of 2 years in substance abuse/mental health setting in non profit/public health environment preferred Experience in conducting SAMHA Assessments, Writing SAMHA Assessment Summaries as well as related analytical diagnostic experience preferred Master's degree in related subject matter (e.g. Counseling/psychology/socialwork etc.) required License State of Florida (e.g.LMHC, LMF, LCSW
) preferred Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferredLocation:
